GOING FOR GOLD Kids Yoga Holiday Camp Mon 5th August - Fri 9th August

This Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Holiday Camp combines Kids Yoga, Kids Mindfulness, Arts & Crafts and Meditations in a fun, creative and engaging way. Designed specifically for children aged 4 to 11 years old, all activities and games will be tailored to your child's interests and needs and based around the theme: GOING FOR GOLD! This Summer 2024, get ready to celebrate the Olympics, embarking on a fun-filled, exciting and informative Yoga adventure like never before, learning about yoga poses and mindfulness!
Camp notes
WHAT TO BRING:
Your child will need to bring 2 healthy snacks, a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle, as well as comfy clothes to be able to move freely in! The school has a NO NUTS policy, which Follow the Rainbow complies with.
